Duct Cleaning review in

Joe & Tommy arrived on time. We did the walk around and Joe viewed my concerns. Throw sheets went down on the steps, basement floor and over electronics (T.V. & laptop). All was going well when the graph indicated an air flow issue. Joe did some investigating and found one supply vent completely separated hidden in the basement ceiling. He re-attached by inserting a sheet metal connection, then continued with the sealing process. Upon completion, air flow was noticeably improved with air reaching waist height on the repaired supply line side of the house. I expect that energy costs going into heating & A/C will improve.
