Contact Rebuild the Planet. Leuri was able to come provide a quote of the removal of a load bearing wall. We agreed on a start date, but due to permit delays were not able to start on date. Leuri without hesitation rescheduled on a later date. He came in provided protection on the floors. Removed wall and disposed of the waste. Would work with Rebuild the planet again.

I found Leuri through reviews on Homestars. He removed our load bearing wall, and replaced it with a beam (to create an open concept - living room, dinner room and kitchen now one space) . He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His knowledge was evident when dealing with the city inspector. The project was completed on time, within the agreed cost (no surprises). He was very prompt in responding to all my queries, whether through emails or phone calls.

Some changes had to be made to the structural engineer drawings, and Leuri voluntarily took the lead to work with the engineer, ensuring all the revisions were made in time for the inspection. Working with Leuri gave us peace of mind, and provided an amazing open concept.

Leuri and his crew are true gems in their industry. They are extremely knowledgable and very approachable to work with. Framing and structural changes are generally the most stressful part of a build but they made it a breeze for us - we ran into some initial snags with existing structural issues but they quickly worked with our engineer to find effective solutions. Leuri is a true gentleman to deal with and I would strongly recommend his work for any structural or framing work. Our family thanks him greatly for the wonderful work.

I contacted Leuri initially for another job, which ended up being larger and needed a full GC. I remember his professionalism and attention to detail, so when it came time to finish my basement, I rang him up.

He came over and we walked through what was needed in terms of framing and gave me good options and ideas regarding bulkhead and how to cover water mains, etc.

It was initally just for bulkheads and framing around the stairs, but he worked with my budget and was able to cover what I needed for the rest of the basement. He and his team showed up on time, finished when he said he would (1 day), and the work was top notch.

He cleaned up after himself and it was cleaner than when we got there. He was also able to work with all my stuff in the middle of the way, as the basement was used for storage.

I found Leuri’s contact information on homestars. I was looking for a contractor for lead bearing wall removal for quite sometime. When I discussed my project with Leuri, he suggested getting some architectural drawings so he could give an exact estimation. I finally got some drawings and scheduled Leuri for the work. I could easily say from his work that he has a lot of experience on it and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. He installed 2 posts on the main floor and another one in the basement over the new footing. The city inspections passed with the breeze. Leuri was professional and trustworthy. He was able to give dates and meet all deadlines accordingly. Very accommodating and the finished outcome was outstanding. After our inspection with the City the City wanted some items changed and Leuri was prompt on coming back to complete these items (and this was after he was already paid!). All the glowing reviews about Leuri and his team are accurate to our experience. The quality and timely manner of the renovation work done on our century home truly exceeded our expectations. Leuri is a rare find. We will be using him again in the spring for more renovation work. This is a person you can trust 100%.

When I first called Leuri, I was looking for someone who could start working on our renovations as soon as possible. The earliest time that Leuri had available was almost three months from the time we spoke. I thanked him for his time and told him we were hoping to find someone who could start sooner. However, based on the three minute conversation we had, something told me that I was not going to find better. I called him back within 5 minutes and scheduled to meet with him asap. It was the best decision we made and it was well worth the wait.

Leuri was actually able to start a couple of weeks before the initial start date and completed everything ahead of or on schedule. The work he did was excellent and top notch. He was there everyday when he said he would be there and was really professional throughout the entire process. I was pregnant at the time and Leuri was very mindful of that. Since I could not spend a lot of time at the house during the renovations because I was pregnant, Leuri always informed me of anything that came up and made it easy for me to be away from home but still understand what was being done. He understood how important it was for us to get on with the renovations and did everything he could to complete things as quickly as he could for us. Leuri also never hesitated to help us out with jobs that popped up as part of other renovations we were doing. The framing in the basement looks great and Leuri was always helpful and collaborative when speaking with some of our other trades.

Leuri made quite an impression on everyone who had the chance to meet him when he was over. He was even kind enough to bring us a gift for the baby when she was born and a jar of homemade tomato sauce following a conversation he had with my husband about it. I can't say it enough....he's just a really good person who genuinely cares for his customers! We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone we know.
