Racoon Removal

I had Raccoon problem in my attic, I called a different company before and they just sealed one opening without checking the entire roof and the raccoon was back in a week. After that I called A-1 checkmate and they did and entire inspection of the roof and suggested that I seal off various weak spots from where the raccoon can enter. They did a great job at a good price and Louie was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work.
Even though they were about hour late for the appointment, I would still recommend them to anyone who is having wildlife problem in their homes.

This spring the weather as not been very cooperative with us ,so it's can make us arrived sometime late as we can't control the weather or the traffic to get to ours customers we do everything in ours power to be on time but weather and traffic can make run behind schedule

Roof inspection and tree removal

Heard noises, suspected a creature in the soffit.
A-1 answered the phone directly and came within 2.5 hours, calling en route.
Inspection proved no animal infiltration, just tree branches scratching the gutter.
A-1 cut and hauled the tree away. Appreciated the friendly, respectful and professional service.

Squirrel removal from attic

From few days ago, we found couple of squirrels in our house-sometimes on the roof , and windows. Last Saturday morning we found some roof vent caps are damaged and saw a squirrel went into the attic through the cap. I checked HOMESTARS reviews and found A1 CHECKMATE WILDLIFE REMOVAL. Asked quotation through website on Monday evening, and Louise called me this morning. Came to our house in an hour and completed job with reasonable price and great service. Now just 1 more visit left to remove one way trap. . And We have 5year warranty. Thanks Louis

Very satisfying experience! Louis accommodated my schedule and was very professional.. went into depth explaining and educating me :) After inspecting attic and determining there was ONE raccoon ( with no babies!)... .. he then set up a one way out trap door and secured other soffit areas.. while we heard the raccoon scatter around obviously surprised !!! Thanks Lousi.. I look forward to Raccoons departure .
