I sent an email in the evening and had a call back within minutes. Louis came the following day and ensured the raccoons were gone and then closed off the area so they can't get back in. He was efficient and very personable. I was pleased with the service and Louis guarantees his work so I am feeling confident this family of raccoons is gone.

I always try to get back to my customers as fast as possible ( but unfortunately we get such high volumes of call that we can't answer and help every single call, but will do my best to returned each call)
