Louis was on time, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He put me at ease, and assured me he would successfully remove the squirrel, and he did, in very short order. He also put a screen on my chimney so I would not have any more visitors. Thank you Louis! I now know who to call if I have any more animal problems, and I will definitely recommend you to friends.
