Pacific Warranty

They had horrible service. My uncle just bought a brand new house after a week of coming to Canada. He doesn't know how to speak English at all or read English. The house has so many problems. Home Pacific Warranty said they will cover everything that is broken. We filed a claim and had to wait for 6 MONTHS!!! until they send someone over to take a look on our problem. When they came to our house, they said they will fix it but they havent start doing the repair until another 6 months...... after that they said those damages are not on the contract so we will not do anything. THEY ARE BLAMING IT ON US FOR NOT FILING IT WHEN THEY TOLD US THEY WILL FIX IT.
