Patrick came for the quote, he is courteous with good knowledge of the product and engineering of the attic construction. Price quoted is better than box store price and I decided to give them the business.
The crew arrived on time on job date, took care in preparing the house and took their time in completing the job, not rushing through. cleaned up properly when done.
Had a little hiccup in claiming the rebate, but through 1 phone call, the company was able to rectify the problem within minutes. Very impressed with their response time.
