Tyvan Irrigation

When they originally came out I was not sure I wanted to go with them being so young and a new start up business. After some time I decided to. Sept 2014 Evan and Tyler came out and installed a sprinkler system for me, The service was great I had a few problems and they came out to fix them. spring of 2015 Evan called me to arrange opening my sprinklers. he came out (April) and soon as he noticed there were some problems, a small leak on the line and some of the heads were not spraying he left and said he would be back next week. Well a month went by with out hearing from them so I sent a email. The response I received back is we are busy. I was like sersiouly!!?? I was shocked. I was not happy. So after thinking about it I sent them a email explaining how pissed I was and what poor service I got and that Evan could have fixed all the problems when he was on site as I did in about 20 minutes and I am not even trained in sprinklers. I told them I Was very very unhappy and look forward to how they are going to fix this. The response I received was " We will send someone tomorrow" I told them not to bother as it is already fixed. They didn't get it at all. It felt like soon as they got going customer service didn't matter. I have never heard from Tyler or Evan since. I felt that I needed to share my experenice. I would never recommend this company as the Customer service afterwords is horrible.
