My mother saw a front door in the neighborhood that she loved, knocked, and the homeowners put us in touch with Matthew from Milano. Our home was damaged in a fire, and we needed new windows for the whole house, as well as a new front door. Matthew was friendly, knowledgeable, and was integral to seeing this project through successfully. When we needed to switch installations due to a last minute delay (on our end), they were quick to accommodate and very understanding. The installation was quick (all done in one day), and the technicians were great. They were extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves, and their measurements were spot on.
