Thurs., June 16,2016, Milano company arrived to Install doors. The doors were installed with care and there was no mess left behind.The new doors were wider than the originals and so the interior molding could not be used at the top of the door.Both the sales man, Matthew, and the person who came to measure the door, had assured us that we would be able to use the old molding. This was not the case,so we had to buy , stain and cut the molding to size and were told that the workers would install it.. After the workers had left, we found that we could not open the left door without a lever. The dead bolt was too tight and not aligning with its hole. We could not re-lock the door.On the following Monday we notified the company that the frame was ready to be stapled in and that the dead bolt did not work. They promised to come back as soon as possible.On Tues. July 13th, the workmen were scheduled to arrive in the morning , but after several phone calls, we found that they weren't able to come until much later due to a problem with another job. At 7:30 PM, the 2 lads arrived and had both problems fixed in about 15 minutes. It is too bad that our whole day was wasted while waiting for someone to show up.. The good thing is, the doors look great, everything is working, and they managed to finish the job before our company from out of the country , arrived.Please keep in mind when scheduling, that the customer also has obligations .Thank you for completing the job to our satisfaction.
