We moved into a new house that was in desperate need of some serious landscaping in both the front and back yards. Kevin and his team replaced the back yard patio and steps and put up a fence and gate. In the front yard they basically removed everything that was there (porch, driveway, walkway and all plants/shrubs) and replaced with exactly what we wanted. They were well-priced, kept on schedule, and were a great group of people. We were very happy with the finished product. Customer service was A+ : a couple of the Emerald Cedars didn't survive their first year and there was also a minor issue with the front posts but no problem and no additional charge to replace trees and improve posts in timely and friendly manner. All in all a very positive experience. See before and after photos.

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job, he took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. From expanding my driveway to cutting curbs and landscaping all done without a glitch. The work was completed on time (that alone was worth it) without any problems. I'm also happy that I took some of his recommendation as it made everything come together.

On a recommendation, we had Kevin visit last December to quote on removal of shrubs and saplings on fence line, old wire fence and posts, then install approximately 210 feet of 6 foot privacy fence and four gates.
We received the quote the next day and singed it back to him for a spring start.
This past Tuesday morning was the start of the project. The crew organized their equipment, had their project start meeting then got right at the cleanup work. Within a short time, all the vegetation was gone and the work started on the fence posts.
On Kevin's recommendation, we decided to go with the 6x6 brown pressure treated posts and associated lumber for the fence and this turned out to be a very good decision. Once the fence started taking shape, we were very pleasantly surprised with how good it looks!
The entire project was done by Friday, with the crew finishing the cleanup of the yard and removal of all left over material.
The crew was very good about looking after the property, including a young willow tree near the back fence line which was planted as a commemoration of a friend who died of cancer. We can't thank them all enough for the work they did! The yard looks so much better now, with the shrubs gone, the yard looks almost twice the size we were used to.
The new fence completely encloses the property from the front of the house on one side, all the way to the back, an=cross the back and forward on the opposite side to the driveway. What an excellent choice this has been!

We had purchased an older home and we had water coming into the crawl space as a result of poor grading in the backyard and a rotten deck. I had several contractors come with different ideas as to how to fix this problem. Kevin was the only one who took into account the clay base soil we have in Markham. He came up with a beautiful concept. Including a retaining wall steps and a wrap around patio and walkway. The crew was always friendly courteous and on time. They finished when they said they would and cleaned up after each day was over. Kevin himself showed up daily to check on progress and always answered my many calls and concerns. Even after the job was completed and I noticed some minor issues he had it rectified to my satisfaction. It was a big job but the backyard was completely transformed. I am able to now entertain back their regularly.

I hired this company a 2nd time to replace a 100ft fence in my backyard. Again flawless any grass they trampled they replaced and the fence looks amazing. They also cut down some trees and trimmed them back from the house.

I do plan to use them again to redo my front walkway and driveway.

Finally decided to repair the deck and get some landscape repairs done on our house and yard so I called Kevin because we had used his lawn maintenance service. He provided a comprehensive estimate and got the job done on time and on budget - in spite of the fact that the job required more extensive work than originally thought. We love the new deck - and I have no reservation recommending Kevin and his crew.

I would highly recommend Kevco Landscapes for any project you may be considering. Kevin and his team are very professional and highly skilled. We hired Kevco to pave our driveway (new driveway) and install soldier course along with an interlock landing & walkway. As part of the project, he had to remove some of the old gravel & dirt & replace with new material. He gave us recommendations on which stone & colour to use, and provided samples. Kevin gave us some really good advice on building our deck as well (we wanted to do it ourselves). He poured the deck footings for us as part of the driveway contract. Kevin was prompt to come out and view our project and provided a written quote in a timely manner. He started the project on schedule and completed it on time & on budget. Kevin was always accessible by phone and returned calls promptly. We're extremely happy with the quality of his work and his design skills. He even added some river rock and a nice armour stone rock to complete the project. We weren't expecting this & it was a really nice touch. You definitely will not be disappointed if you hire Kevco for your project. I would rate Kevco 11 out of 10 if it was possible.
