Robert was very knowledgeable and very professional. After a bad experience with someone (who had 30 years experience but didn't seem to no the ins and outs of city permits??), Robert completed our project and got us our permits.
It took longer than expected, because our situation was complicated but Robert was helpful and clearly understood what was needed and delivered.
