Renovation of the main floor to turn kitchen, dining and family room into an open concept floor
Dealing with Robert was a pleasure from the onset. We were surprised that the president of the company arrived at our house at the arranged time to perform the initial assessment. He spent the next 4-5 hours taking measurements and inspecting the house to accommodate our plans for a dream layout.
Robert explained the process to us, including his obtaining all the permits and engineer's stamp of approval and kept us informed of the status at all times.
When the engineer identified an issue with the HVAC drawings, Robert was quick to make the necessary adjustments and deliver a revised plan.
Overall, we are very happy with the work Robert performed for us and would highly recommend Valente CAD Studio.
