Stair Builders review in Toronto

They were late with delivery as per contract due to internal management issues. This was solved and they were able to install our stairs a few weeks later. Good quality.

POOR RESPONSIVENESS & DELAYED TIME AS PER CONTRACT

Stair Builders review in Toronto

I paid the 50% deposit and signed a contract that indicated 6-8 weeks delivery. We are on week 12 and they are always giving a run around excuse. The stairs are still not ready and nor do they care that we have already paid 50%. The contract has not been held up on their end and they have no sympathy or pro active incentives to keep us updated and informed about why it is taking so long.
Would not recommend.
