Tile & Grout Restoration

After a few years of hard daily use, our bathroom needed some professional attention. Greg provided a quote right away, and we were pleased with how quickly he was able to schedule our project. Ash arrived promptly and worked diligently and carefully for several hours , taking great care to thoroughly clean, repair and seal our shower glass tile, tub surround, vanity backsplash (porcelain) and marble floor tiles (where the grout had long since cracked out completely). He worked so hard without a moment's break, stopping only to provide excellent advice and recommendations. He is clearly a perfectionist in the best way; so lovely to meet a professional who is knowledgeable and takes pride in a job well done. We just finished having our kitchen renovated and needed 2 tiles replaced and the grout cleaned up. We searched companies that did this type of work and after a few quotes decided to go with Tile & Grout Restoration. Our first visit was from Len who priced the job and informed us of the different options available to us and let us know that the technician would help us make the right decision. Len was able to accommodate our time and date and was very helpful. On May 23 our technician Greg showed up on time and very knowledgeable. He gave me a variety of different options on the grout color and what would look best with the tile. We couldn't be happier, he replaced the 2 tiles perfectly and the grout looks amazing. Thank you to both Greg and Len. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family and will be bringing them back to restore the grout in our 3 bathrooms and front foyer.

Talked to Len on home star and got the initial quote with options. On the day of appointment Nik showed up on time, and start working right away. It took whole day to finish the work and the result is wonderful. Price is $20 higher than the initial quote but Nik explained the reason being grout complete missing on couple places and it took some extra works. Overall very satisfied with the service and price

Greg came out to our house to restore 2 shower stalls. 1 was worse than the other, but he brought them back to brand new. He and his staff were able to clean off all the mold that was collecting under the caulking and all build up on the tiles and grout. He then recaulked and sealed the tiles so that we don't have this problem again. Both my wife and I are very happy with the quality of work, promptness, cleanliness and professional manner in which this work was done. We highly recommend this company for any tile and grout restoration job!

We hired Greg to restore our ceramic tile shower stall. It was in poor condition and nothing we had tried would get it clean. They came on schedule and did an absolutely amazing job. It looks like a brand new tile shower and all the grout is resealed so it will be easy to maintain. When he showed me the end result I was absolutely stunned. WOW! We would definitely use them again and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends.
