We purchased a condo, and the tile in the hallway and kitchen as well as both bathrooms was pretty awful. We decided to try to clean the tile and colour seal the grout instead of replacing everything. I got an estimate from Tile and Grout Restoration, and spoke with Len. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained my quote thoroughly. I scheduled the work on a Saturday which was very convenient! Two very hard-working ladies arrived on time and completed the job on time. I was very impressed by the quality of workmanship, and I would not hesitate to use this company again! I highly recommend them!
