Tile & Grout Restoration

After getting an initial quote of $750 by Len, Greg and a worker arrived and immediately said the work would be more as Len had underestimated it. It would cost me $1000 instead as it was more work. The original estimate was for a day's work. I agreed to pay the increased amount. They both were gone before 1pm. I asked why leaving so early - "work is all done". Two days later there were air holes and bubbles causing holes in the caulking. They took about 4 weeks to respond and come and do more work to fix it. After they left again some air bubbles opened up and I asked for the information about the type of caulking so I could fix the holes myself. After 10 emails asking for the info I still don't have it.
