Finley Roofing

Late August 2014 Finley Roofing was hired to shingle my home . Called back due to poor laying of the shingles from roof top to eavestroughs. Had it inspected and was told very poor workmanship and found a bare spot. Downs sprout full or cigarette butts.Three weeks after it was fixed, but they damaged all four sides of the eavestroughs. Now with the ice they are pulling away from the house. Two weeks ago spoke with Chris but he said I had to talk to Dave - who was in Florida but he would call To date no response. THE WORK IS KNOW COMPLETED AND TO MY SATISFACTION!

FInley roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor / friend who was familiar with this company .so the roof was done in 2012 around june . at the time everything seemed ok although they didn't do a very good cleanup ( nails all over and debris in the neighbors yards) but i didnt stress over it. now this year we noticed staining on the siding at the back of the house wher the valley is when i couldn't get Finley roofing to come and look at it or even answer my calls i went to the attic to look and noticed a rotted board where the vent for the washroom is, they're contract stated they would replace 2 rotted boards at no cost . so i hired Another ROOFING company to do an inspection, he said it was a very unprofessional job the vent had no collar and the board should have been replaced also there was no caulking done anywhere it was needed and the valley was no good and must be replaced . Now it's going to cost me another bundle of money to rip up the roof and make the repairs.

Update: Finley roofing contacted me and the repairs deemed necessary were done.
