North Shore Stone Works

I was extremely lucky to find North Shore Stone Works. Our granite kitchen countertop had dropped and the seams had separated. This was a job only someone with a wealth of experience and vision could correct. Enter Artur, the owner of NS Stone Works. Although he promised me no guarantees because with renos there are no guarantees, he and his partner Rob delivered exceptional results. The 7 ft slab was taken out and cleaned up, while additional support was added to level the countertop. Rob magically attached the adjoining pieces with perfect seams to finish the masterpiece. Both Artur and Rob are true artists of their craft and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Artur, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. So grateful for his teams expertise in marble installation. Friendly, hard working and focused on quality.

North Shore Stone Works did high quality work installing our new quartz countertops and sinks in our condo kitchen and two bathroom vanities. Arthur (Company Director) helped us choose the sinks we wanted as well as the quartz stone from his big selection of samples. He then sent us to his stone suppliers warehouse so we could see our choice as a full slab. He came the next week and took meticulous measurements, then we waited just 2.5 weeks before the installation began. The installers Rob and Justin were very personable and their obvious extensive expertise gave us lots of confidence. After the counters were installed, they took measurements and created a full-size template for the backsplashes to ensure that the fit between the newly installed countertops and the surrounding cabinets would be accurate, along with the placements of cutouts for outlets and switches. Two days later they came back to install the backsplashes. At the end of their work they did a good job of tidying up and advising about the care an maintenances of the stone. Overall, we are very happy with the process and results and highly recommend North Shore Stone Works.

We were very fortunate to be referred to Arthur by a client when I told her that a local cabinet painting company completely botched the installation of our kitchen quartz and left us no choice but to start over.
( the quartz rep had warned me to hire the right fabricator! ).
We were very relieved to be in good hands with North Shore Stone Works. Arthur and his team are very experienced, knowledgeable, patient and enjoyable to work with. They are all highly skilled professionals with great attention to detail. The measurements and installation was impeccable. Arthur measured to compensate for one "out of square" cabinet to make the overhang consistent, the quartz was properly inspected prior to cutting, there were no dull foggy patches on the quartz, the seams were tight, everything was level, the window ledge fit properly, the caulking was immaculate, there were no chips or repairs and the backsplash design was improved. We could not be happier and want to thank Arthur and his team at North Shore Stone Works for doing a fantastic job!

We got a sink, faucet and new countertop from NSSW and we're really happy with our new kitchen. Their service was excellent, as are the products they sell. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone doing a kitchen reno.

We hired North Shore Stone Works to re-do the counters in our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with their work. They were very professional, courteous and punctual. The quality of their work was beautiful. I would defiantly recommend them and will use them again if I need any more stone work in the future.

Artur and his team did a great job of measuring, preparing and installing a new stone hearth and surround for our fireplace. We really appreciated the care they took and the skill they demonstrated. We would certainly be happy to recommend them for any similar project.

We had a new countertop installed in our kitchen. We went to North Shore Stone as it was recommended by a friend. The workers were friendly and professional and and did a great job of installing the counter in a small space, which wasn’t easy. The end results looks great. We are very happy with the whole team at North Shore Stone and would recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with North Shore Stone Works. From start to finish, they handled a small job with the same care and attention as a big project. We just needed to swap out an outdated counter and sink in one of our bathrooms and it was done with speed and efficiency all in one day. There was no damage to the backsplash or the walls, which was great. I will work with North Shore Stone Works again for sure.

We then bought new appliances and the retailer also said they are great.... so we went to see them and are so happy we did. Everything has gone so smoothly because they are professional and knowledgeable about products and other trades to support the work.
