Robs team did 3 bathrooms for us, we were very pleased with their work and would hire them again without hesitation. The best part of the experience is Rob himself, he is very helpful and insightful in making suggestions and is incredibly prompt in getting back to you on any questions you have. There are always things that come up unexpectedly when doing a renovation but when working with Rob things move along very smoothly and efficiently and nothing is ever really a problem.

We hired Rob's Quality Construction to finish the basement and update the staircase in a home we were moving into in Burlington. This was the first major home renovation project like this we had ever undertaken so we began with many unknowns and lots of questions. Suffice to say the best decision we made in this whole undertaking - and there were lots of decisions to make - was to choose Rob's Quality Construction for the work to be done! We came to appreciate that Rob and those who work with him - his own team and the trades he utilizes - are exceptionally good at what they do and the end result bears that out, as does the experience of working a project with them.

Rob and his team were excellent to work with in all aspects of the renovation. From initial planning to the final finishing we were kept engaged and well-informed on what was happening and when. Whether it was Rob or one of his team they took the time to deal with the unknowns and our questions and we were made to feel our needs and expectations were top of mind with everyone who came onsite. There were times when our lack of experience meant requests for changes to achieve what we wanted came up last minute. They were more than willing to hear us out and to accommodate if there was a solution to be found. There was also times when we were told what we was asked for was not doable and it was done respectfully with an explanation as to why. You knew they were here to do more than just satisfy expectations and were individuals deserving of our complete confidence whatever their trade, task or work they were onsite to do. Add to all that, they were a great group to work with.

The quality of the work completed is very high, as you would expect from professionals/expert craftsmen. We could not be more pleased with the updated staircase and our finished basement and are enjoying what is now a premier living space in our new home. Rob and the team who did the work deserve a huge thank-you! We have no hesitation in recommending Rob's Quality Construction based on our experience.

I would like to share our experience with Robs Quality Construction. We are so glad we decided to work with Rob! He was hired to re do our Ensuite and honestly, my wife and I were impressed how the process, objectives, budget, and final product were met seamlessly, efficiently and on time. Rob is a wonderful individual and professional, which reflects in his team, working ethics and values. Peter, Bishop, Guy (I may forget someone else), plumbers, electricians, shower glass installers worked hard in in our house, keeping it cleaned all the time. They showed professionalism, ethics, and skill trades certainly above average (and I am a picky person!). Rob provided us with trades and material discount such as tiles and finishes which helped us out a bit. I have to say, our Ensuite looks and feels fabulous from the typical, dated 90 bathroom to the new millennium! See Before and After pic.

We hired Robs Quality Construction to completely redo our basement. We saw their great work posted on social media as well as many great reviews. From the first visit, Rob was extremely professional and courteous and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. We got a great impression and are glad we followed that instinct to hire him. All throughout the entire project, communication from Rob was stellar and work was planned with impressive efficiency. Work started on schedule and we finished on schedule and on budget. Every trade that arrived was impressive. Such a hard-working team in each trade. Very nice folks all of them. All showed up early each day and worked hard and many working long hours to keep the project on schedule. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed throughout the process at the work ethic and positive attitudes of the entire RQC team. They took great care at every step to ensure the best possible outcome.

A huge thank you to Rob and his team for the outstanding job they did on our main bathroom and basement renovation. We hired Rob for basement renos to finish an unfinished basement section, and create a rec room space. Throughout the entire process Rob was efficient, thorough, and patient with our endless questions. There were no surprises when it came to pricing as the initial estimate was met. All the crew and sub-contractors that came in were very professional, extremely capable, were considerate, and always made sure to clean up after themselves. We were very happy with the end product. We would definitely use Rob again for future renos, and would happily refer them to others.

This was our second time with Robs Quality Construction. They did an incredible job on our basement reno in 2019. We got in contact with him again in 2021 to arrange a master bath reno at our new house. His team did just an amazing job as 3 years ago! All of his men were so professional and kind. Tiles were laid to perfection. Everything left tidy and clean at the end of every day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Our bathroom turned out even better than I had hoped!!
