Rob and his team delivered as promised on time and with attention to detail! We did a full basement install with all new walls, bedroom, full bathroom and laundry renovation and looks like it could be in a magazine! This is the second renovation Rob has done for us and with great communication, excellent execution and a fair price, we highly recommend Robs Quality Construction!

Robs Quality Construction did an amazing job on our full basement renovation. His team were professionals and performed quality work. They were patient with minor changes we made during the process. I will use his team again for any future renovations. In addition his costs were fixed and there were no unexpected additional costs. We were exceptionally pleased with sone artistic construction details (ceiling mouldings) and feature wall design. We look forward to using Robs team again!

After researching renovation companies, we received quotes from 3 contractors, all of which were beyond our budget. We had almost given up on our plans when someone suggested we call Robs Quality Construction. Rob and his team had done renovations for several families nearby and the feedback was great from everyone. So, we gave Rob a call and from our first meeting we knew we would be satisfied with the work. Together with Rob and Anna, we went over our plans and shared our vision. This included the removal of 2 walls, a new kitchen, new living spaces, flooring throughout and more. He gave us a quote that was happily within our budget. He said the work would take 2 months and he was true to his estimate. Completed on time and on budget, including some additional work that we requested. The whole team was very friendly, honest and polite.

Rob has an excellent team of trades people, all very easy to work with and skilled at their craft. There were workers at our house every day of the project and it moved along as promised. We love our new kitchen and living spaces and would highly recommend Robs Quality Construction to anyone!

We hired Rob again to renovate the primary bedroom and main bathroom. The primary bathroom was gutted with the wall between the walk in closet removed to make for a larger bathroom. This included double custom vanity, storage closet, heated floors, no step (flush) into the shower. In the bedroom we removed the stucco ceiling, all new paint and created a new larger walk in closet using the attached smallest bedroom. The main bathroom was increased in size by taking out the hall closet and the closet in smallest bedroom. Rob is professional, here each day to review progress and keep us up to date. Everything went along on schedule, as quoted, it was great to work with the crew again. We will be using Rob when we plan our next renovation.

We completed a renovation of our kitchen and dining room including the removal a load bearing wall and the installation of a steel beam. They provided and coordinated services to drastically alter the functionality and appearance of the space. Rob's team were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. They walked us through the whole process and consulted with us when needed. There were no surprises and the work done was exceptional. A great company to work with. Rob is fantastic.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job remodelling our basement, from start to finish they were prompt, professional and courteous. Each day they did a through job of cleaning up helping minimizing the household impact. We were very pleased with all aspects of the project and would highly recommend them.

We recently used Rob's services for a large custom built kitchen and flooring. The enitre process was completed both proffesionaly and on time. There were 'no hidden surprises' and we were kept informed of the process on a regular basis.
The entire crew from Rob himself, the designer, demoltion, labouring, electrical, plumbing and install were extremely pleasant, hard working and a delight to have in our home.

We researched several professional contractors to consult about finishing a basement into an office and gym and in the end Rob's Construction was the ultimate choice... and a winner indeed. Everything from the cost estimate, recommendations, time to finish the job, choice of construction materials to finishings was all very professionally coordinated, accurate in a timely manner.

Completed our basement of around 800 sq ft within 7 weeks that included framing, drywall, re-routing of existing plumbing/piping, subflooring, electrical work, venting, plumbing, flooring, painting, trim, doors, stairs and installation of all bathroom, lighting and outlet fixures.

The best part of the work were the teams of people both employed by Rob and the choice of several fantastic subcontractors (electricians, plumbers and painter) that Rob selected for the job. Calls/emails correspondence was always responded in a timely manner, When project work was coordinated, everyone was always on time and all of them were a joy to have. Each were very courteous and professional, and above all they each were highly experienced skilled craftsmans. At the end of every day the teams would thoroughly clean up their work and dispose of any waste material. A special thanks to Kyle and Guy, who spent the most time completing our basement project! For any future home renovations or recommendations I will be calling on Rob.

Also fantastic was Lorion Electricial. A special thanks to Dan and his Lorion Electricians, who were amazing and performed so much above and beyond what was needed. If I ever need electrical work done in the future - Lorion would be my choice.
