Calbridge homes builds low quality houses with trims and paint that start peeling shortly after moving in.

We bought a brand new home, we were quite hesitant but felt forced into it. The workmanship is below satisfactory. They have used cheap builder grade and outdated products while having a high price tag. There advertisements are nothing like what you will actually get in real life. The placement of light switches are very odd and you have to go out of your way when turning on and off lights. Cheap wire shelving in closets and pantrys, cheap hardware on doors and vents. They have cut costs at every turn. The price of this house should have been 200000-300000 cheaper. This home is unsellable and you will not recoup your money if you buy with calbridge. Stay as far away as you can.

We absolutely love our Calbridge home. We purchased a quick possession, in February 2020. We were relocating from BC and needed to find something ready to move in for June. Sharon was amazing to work with and helped us purchase a quick possession under construction. We were sent updates and videos and she made us feel like we were a part of the build.. Sonny the construction supervisor was so fantastic and made sure we were all set in our new home. Our home is beautiful and we are very happy.

Calbridge homes has been an amazing home builder to build with. First off, their showhomes are stunning. They have a variety of floor plans to meet the needs of all types of customers. We decided to purchase the showhome model in Riverstone, with the addition of a 4th bedroom. From the start they have shown nothing but professionalism, from Kim and her team at the showhome, Gary the site supervisor and Dominique and the team at the selection studio our journey building our home has been 5 star. With any new home, there are bound to be some bumps in the road but what really sets Calbridge apart is how they handle those bumps. Every question or concern has been dealt with as if it was their own home. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Calbridge.

The Calbridge team in Riverstone (Kim and Gary et al) are absolutely phenomenal to work with. This is our 4th home build in Calgary and by far the best experience we have had. The designers will help you create your dream home, and the close detail during the build that goes into the homes makes their product far superior to anything else you will find on the market. If you are looking for a quality home, exceptionally built, with great service, Calbridge is your builder. (Jayman could learn alot from them....jus sayin)

Our journey with Calbridge Homes started two years before we decided to finally relocate from Calgary. The sales lady (Linda) that we met on our very first visit to Cochrane was quite knowledgeable and eventhough we were initially just scoping the building market in Cochrane, Linda took the time to give us a great overview of the city and we fell in love with the possibility of making this the location for our next home.
After two years, we sent Linda (Calbridge) an email to enquire whether there were any new phases that had the style of home we were looking for, and her answer was yes.
My husband and I decided to relocate from Calgary to Cochrane and chose Calbridge as our builder for our home. We moved into our new home welcomed with a gift basket from Calbridge Homes full of food! (very very much appreciated). We have been in our new home now for 4months and enjoying it. The level of service we have received so far from Calbridge homes has been remarkable and a lot better than we received with our previous Calgary home builder.

We purchased a Calbridge quick possession home and as part of our deal we added many modifications to the home including a post-sale basement development. Calbridge has not done this before, and as a result we encountered a few issues along the way, however this was likely to happen with any builder. During the sale process we dealt with Kim and Glenda; both of whom worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They were always available to help with our questions and concerns. After we moved in, site supervisor Gary oversaw our basement development and he was amazing to deal with. He definitely went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that we were satisfied. When Gary went on holidays, we had Dale here overseeing the basement development and he was so great to work with; his customer service is truly top notch. I have seen all the trades come in to work on our basement, and I have been extremely impressed with their work and professionalism as well. Overall this has been a positive experience. We love our home, our lot, and our community. Calbridge was recommended to us by family members, and we would likely recommend this builder to others as well.

Within 1 year of possession of the house, the first water leak occurred and holes were cut in the ceiling/walls of the nook (bathroom is above the area) to repair it. The plumber called by the builder to repair it was upset by how poorly the work was done in the first place. Now, just after the warranty on the house expired, near the same area but high up in a small closet on the ceiling another leak occurred causing mold. Plumber replaced 4 fittings and again said poor workmanship/supervision when house was built was the problem. None of the repairs ($10,000) are covered by insurance and the problem is that the rest of the plumbing in the house cannot be trusted, ie, second bathroom, kitchen. Placed a call to the builder but not sure if they will care now that warranty just expired.
