We had our roof recently replaced by Vargas. Both Jennifer and Elian are very nice and genuine people (including their installation team), and have been great to deal with. We received quotes from 3 roofers and Vargas came in right in the middle. The reason we selected Vargas was due of the extended warranty and and the complete roofing system they are certified to install. The work started at 7am and the team kept going despite the extreme heat, and finished the job that evening. The roof looks fantastic!

Nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and Elian. They were friendly and did excellent work at a reasonable price. Though deluged with work after the recent wind storm that damaged so many Ontario homes, they responded within a couple of days and finished our whole row of town homes within a few hours. We had them once previously and testament to Elian's workmanship, the part of our roof he had worked on was still intact after the storm. Should we experience further problems with our roof or decide to replace our roof entirely, they will be the first people we will call.

Elian and Jennifer were great when they came to give us a quote in late 2017. They explained the options, features and benefits.
They were competitively priced over the other quotes we received.
The best part of the experience was their work. They made us feel like family. It's nice to work with the owners of a company also.
Great attention to detail. We have security cameras and pot lights on the soffits. They removed and re-installed them , no problem. Tidied up the wires and cables that the security camera guys left behind.
Cleaned up after them selves. Moved patio items and put them back neatly. Work looks great. Would highly recommend them anytime.

The big storm we just had ripped off a fairly large section of roof shingles. Vargas and all the roofing companies were obviously super busy. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and seemed very genuine in wanting to help everyone. I had to wait a few days until they made it to my street, but I felt like they were working as quick as possible and made it to my street. The guys that came to the house were very nice and quickly got me all fixed up even though I could tell they’ve been working straight for the last couple days! I also felt that considering the position everyone was in with their roofs that they could have charged a premium. For the price I paid I felt was incredibly reasonable and I would not hesitate to have Vargas do future repairs or replacement.

Vargas Family Roofing came recommended to me by my brother who was obviously very pleased with the job that they did. He found them to be very friendly and professional from start to finish, as did I. Elian and the team took 2 days to complete the job and left our place spotless which I appreciated very much. The roof looks great and I am confident that I won’t have to worry about my roof for a very long time. 50 years to be exact.

With all of the rainfall that has been occurring over the past few months, I discovered a leak in the ceiling of my house twice! Both times, Elian and his team came to our rescue. Not only did him and his team fix my roof twice, he also pro-actively found some other potential problem points and fixed them up as well. If that isn't going above and beyond what is asked, than I don't what is! They are an amazing team, very well priced, efficient, friendly and the only roofing team that I would ever consider using. I will (and already have) started recommending Elian and his team to other people who have roofing needs. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! For anyone that would rate them less than that, I challenge you to find a better team. Keep up the great work, guys!

Vargas family roofing was recommended by another roofing company. We sent photos of the leak and they were very quick to respond and fixed the problem promptly. They were also able to clearly explain the problem and how they were going to fix it. I highly recommend this roofing company!

Excellent work, great customer service.

Approached them too late in the year.
They were closing down for the season.
They came out anyway and tarped off roof so it would be fine during the winter.

And took care of the job at first sign of warm weather.

Elian and his crew took their time to move things out of the way and cleaned up everyday. They took a bit longer than other roofing crew I have seen but I would rather pay a bit more to deal with someone reliable, reasonable and safe like Elian and his crew. In construction work, you really do get what you pay for.
Elian went out of his way to take care of things like fixing a couple of heat damage sidings and didn't even blink. I appreciate someone who cares to get things back in proper order just because. Rare to find someone like Elian these days.
