I was extremely happy with how quick I was able to have someone come out to look at my bathroom faucet. I was no longer getting hot water and I was able to arrange someone to come out within a day.

I read reviews and called to get aquote. Call agent was very pleasant. Neil, the technician was so honest giving a price quote. You won't feel pressure between his recommendation and my own preference both are great but I went on my type of toilet brand which is a bit expensive. I am very satisfied with the result of his job. Highly recommended hiring the right person for significant investment.

Neil and his partner did their jobs efficiently, one can see that they knew what they were doing and did it proficiently. They cleaned up after their work. I would recommend Mr Rooter to whoever has plumbing problems as I, myself would go back for their services.

I had seen ads for Mr. Rooter around (mostly company vehicles) and had assumed they were one of those large companies that were overpriced. However, when a sink leakage occurred I called a few companies and Mr. Rooter ended up being reasonably priced.

The customer service from setting up an appointment to the meeting with the plumber was so smooth and effortless. Once the appointment was set up I got a confirmation text and an hour before the appointment I got a call to confirm I was at home. I then received a text with a photo of the plumber - amazing for safety and security.

We had an appointment with Todd and his punctuality was greatly appreciated. He was awesome with not only answering questions but with taking the time to explain the cause of the issue, allowing us to make an informed decision when going through with the work.

Had a bad clogged drain in my kitchen sink, called up Mr Rooter because I see them in my complex quite often, so decided to give them a try even though there were many emergency plumbing services out there, truth to be told, I was not disappointed!
First and foremost, they have one of the most courteous CSRs working for them, polite and professional, I called at 8:30, they were able arrange somebody to come at 11, talk about speedy service.
The technician Nick came right on time, he was very professional, polite, and also very courteous, the job took a little longer than expected because of the age of the building and the pipes, years of grease built up from previous owners and never got maintained ( clean your pipes people!) however the end result was beyond satisfactory! During the job we also found out one of my sink drain pipe was poorly install and it just broke off, so we also had that replaced, and everything looks as good as new ( previous owner used plastics instead of metal). Nick even triple checked to make sure everything was good and no leak anywhere before he leaves. He even cleaned up after himself!
Mr Rooter is slightly more expensive than some competitors out there, so if you are cheap, don't use them, but if you want job done right, I highly recommend them!

I have a rental property and had issue with main drain before, hired a plumber from Kijiji and he charged me $200.00, but drain was blocked again and when I tried to contact the person and send him picture shot, he didn't took my call,
so this time I called Mr Rooter upon recommendation of a friend cost me double but am impressed by the workmanship of plumber, professional, efficient and punctual, received a receipt later by email with one year warranty, I am looking forward that I will not have a blockage again.

Courteous and equipped to diagnose issues with plumbing, problem left worse than the initial issue I called about. They snaked the drain line and diagnosed a pipe shift with the main drain - which would require excavation in my basement to prevent future issues (~$3000) but nothing immediate. After they left, the water did flow better down the drain, but water started to back up out of the floor drain. Calling back it was suggested to fix the problem, I excavate the pipe immediately. While this would definitely fix the issue - it seemed a bit extreme, so I snaked the floor drain myself, which worked. Mr Rooter's management really didn't offer anything much beyond "what can we do" after the fact. Felt too much like they would press you to buy more service if the situation seemed immediate/desperate.

Our plumbing technician named Bob came to her house to repair our leaky faucet. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind and was able to find the root cause of our leaky faucet, which was in fact our water heater. He educated us on a number of things which was a bonus. If you ever get Bob as your plumbing technician you’re in good hands!

I have been a long-time customer of Mr Rooter for any plumbing problems and have always had excellent service. I had a burst pipe in the deep freeze last night, called the 24 hour line and scheduled service for the following morning. Todd arrived at 9 a.m. and repaired pipes, quickly and courteously.
