We called Mr. Rooter with an issue related to our sump pump. Chris Ford showed up in a timely fashion, and was able to quickly get to the bottom of the problem we were having. He had the required materials in his truck, and started work right away to fix the issue on the spot. We wouldn't hesitate to have Chris back to deal with any other plumbing issues!
