Mdr Roofing & Exteriors

Terrible company. They are rude, ignorant and made my girl friend feel very uncomfortable when they were present. They were to fix some flooring and decided to store tools outside and for some reason decide to put patio furnature and their tools on my bed which left a large oil mark and forced me to purchase new sheets. So far I have not been compensated for that.

Our insurance company recommended MDR. John Osborne the project manager meticulously inspected the roof and skylight. We received a quote with his recommendations of the work that needed to be done. We agreed and asked that the work be done last April. The roofing crew was very professional and they worked feverishly. Each day they cleaned everything up. I’m very pleased with our new roof. Thanks to John and his crew I’ll recommend MDR to all my friends.

John at MDR is awesome. He returns your calls, listens to what you want and is completely customer service oriented. The first time we had MDR however, I was put in touch with Jonathan and I was not at all pleased. I would not go through him again but John is amazing and I would go directly to him if I ever had any issues. As for the work, they did a very good, very thorough job of replacing our roof and siding.

I looked up MDR to fix the shingles on my house when the roof was leaking. I think John Osborne and the workers did a good job and it was easy to interact with them.

When MDR replaced the roof on my house they really did a great job. Everything was on time, there was no mess left over, no damage and they were in and out quickly. Very professional crew and project manager.

I have no complaints about the job MDR did replacing my roof and doing some other repairs after a hail storm. I think they did a good job and I would recommend them.

MDR oversaw the replacement of our roof, eaves trough and siding after hail damage two years in a row. John Osborne the site manager is a superior employee and we were completely satisfied with the work that was done both times.

The second time MDR came to repair hail damage on my house they sent a very unpalatable, confrontational worker. I asked him a couple of questions and he was very short, he threw his ladder against my vinyl fence and left his equipment on my front lawn over the weekend. He was not the quality individual that I’ve had from them in the past but thank God for John Osborne. I called him once the contractor was done and John fully understood. He made everythin
g right and I will work with them again on the condition they never send that individual to my home.

MDR Roofing & Exteriors replaced the asphalt roof on my home through my insurance company. They were neat, punctual and professional. Overall they did a very good job and I am happy with it.
