From our initial contact for measuring and quote, to the completed staircase and railing it was extremely easy to work Keen and his team from TFC Flooring Group. We needed an exact match in the master bedroom to our existing maple hardwood throughout the house. The result was perfect... an exact match... and since we also had him put in a contrasting border its a showpiece...everyone who comes over we take them up to see the transformation. Keen also replaced our outdated staircase leading to the basement. Excellent work...Keen has great customer service.

Keen did a fantastic job on our living room floor. It was blonde maple that we wanted to have stained to match the very dark (charcoal) hardwood flooring in the back of the house. Going in, I knew that it would be tricky, but the end result is beautiful AND so seamless. It actually turned out better than I thought it would- we are SO pleased!! The icing on the cake was the price. Keen was actually the best quote that we got as well. He was really friendly, took the time to answer all my questions and even got back to me promptly about additional questions I had after he had been paid and the job was done. I would absolutely use him again if I needed similar work done.

Keen and Zamon were professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very enthusiastic about tackling our renovation. They were prompt, patient and understanding of all our concerns. We trusted them with our home, they were clean, efficient and true perfectionists!
We had new hardwood floors installed on our main floor, upstairs hall and master bedroom plus 2 staircases with new treads, white risers and stringers (painted existing pickets) and refinished existing handrail. The stain was perfectly matched to our existing living room floor and handrail.

Keen was very knowledgeable from the first consultation to the end of the project. The kitchen floor stain was very closely approximated to the rest of our house. He went beyond regular hours to ensure that the project was completed in a timely manner. He was very friendly and explained each step as the project progressed. We are very satisfied with the end result and was money well spent.

I found them through homestars. They were easy to reach and provided us with a competitive quote. They also provided us with some in-depth consultation on what kind of products materials or designs to pick. There schedule was little tight and we had to wait a little but they did manage to do the job for us over the weekend as we had desired. The floors that we changed look great and everyone has much appreciated the renovation.

My husband and I interviewed numerous hard floor installers prior to selecting TFC flooring for our project.  Keen attended our residence and impressed us from the get go with his punctuality, patience and knowledge.  He provided us with several options and took the time to answer all of questions.  We had over 1000 square feet of flooring installed and had our staircase changed from honey oak wood spindles to wrought iron. We had a very tight time line for our project and Keen assured us that he and his team would get it done and get it done right.    We were thoroughly impressed with level of professionalism and attention to detail that TFC flooring made for our project. Throughout the install, Keen was always available and answered our emails and phone calls promptly.   Our floors look amazing and the custom staining match they did for our railings was spot on.  What impressed us the most is that they really cared about keeping the house clean as they worked and constantly updated us along the way.
