Ky took on our painted blue wood floors in our 100+ yr old house. It was a risky project and but he accepted the challenge for a really reasonable price, and delivered refinished beautiful wood floors. He is extremely trustworthy and professional, we felt fully comfortable leaving him to our home while we were away on vacation. He kept us updated with pictures and we came home to a completed project and not a trace of dust. We recommend him whenever we get the chance!

Found through an on-line ad, I used Bull Tough / Ky for a large hardwood refinishing project in August 2014. Overall, it was an excellent experience and Ky delivered on everything you could ask. He did an outstanding job sanding and staining the floors, showed up on time, finished earlier than originally agreed, and came in right on quote. He was very professional and dedicated to doing a great job. We get a lot of comments on how good our floors look. There was some damage that occurred to the existing base boards during the refinishing, but we were warned that could happen and had originally agreed to take them off so I don't hold that against Ky. Bull Tough would definitely be my first call again if we had any hardwood work to do.

Ky did an excellent job on our hardwood floors. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the process since the hardwood was a pre finished product. The job was completed right when he said it would be done, and it turned out great! We couldn't be happier. It's really nice to deal with a professional who is punctual and trust worthy. I'll gladly do business with bull tough again, although with the great job he did, it won't be at this house since the floors look better than new! Thanks for the great experience.
