Purchased a bathroom vanity a couple of months in advance of needing it. Staff directed us to call a few days beforehand so they could ensure it was ready to be picked up. I called a week in advance and my husband drive from whitby to Richmond Hill to pick it up. When he got there he was informed they didn't have it and didn't know if they could get it for us. They offered no solution and suggested only that we take it in white instead or take a different one they had in stock. They were not at all concerned about our experience and seemed annoyed when my husband suggested they ship it to us at no cost when they located it. In the end we agreed to buy a different vanity that was cheaper and after much complaint they provided us with a "free" mirror. Since having the vanity and mirror home Ive noticed both have already started to chip. Wish I had read these reviews ahead of time as it is clear that once they have your money they could care less about their customers.
