Well I paid cash up front as they said no tax if I do so, first mistake Then they use a caulking that he said I can't buy in shops and goes extremely hard, it's still soft 5 months later and a new mouse hole was noted through the middle of one of them. I had them back a 2nd time not paying again as within 5 months, to seal behind cooker as he wanted to tell me the 1st time unlikely they were there but I noted droppings and they were there! Called them back a 3rd time and just got ignored by the owner. The customer service desk is just as bad, tried to get a receipt from the people as my lawyer I purchased house through said to get all receipts so I can claim back in small claims court on last owner who well hid the problem from us and home inspection person and didn't tell us about it, just got on top of the problem now with a more reputable and professional company, don't waste your time on this terrible unprofessional company who were useless at sorting our mouse problem. I dealt with it better myself and then a better pest control company in.
