I found Noble Appliance through my neighbourhood forum and he was highly recommended by many neighbours. I reached out to Adriano and he got back to me quickly. I had assumed I knew what the issue was with the washer and prepared to pay for the part and repair. He asked me a series of questions to thoroughly understand the issue and suggested he perform a diagnostic first before I commit to paying for parts and repair. He was able to come check the issue within the same week and advised my tenants to monitor the issue as there was nothing visibly wrong. Called Adriano after seeing a review on local neighbourhood board. He came the next day and in an hour he had diagnosed and replaced the brushes in the motor of our Bosch washer. Excellent service. We now have our go to appliance guy.

The issue with our refrigerator was that it stopped cooling altogether.

Well, Adriano did not disappoint.

He was nice and personable and we really appreciated how he kept in communication with us from the beginning.

He arrived in great timing, worked on our refrigerator and then informed us of what the issue was.

Even though it began cooling shortly after, once we actually put our food back in the next day, we were so thrilled to see that (just as Adriano told us) our refrigerator was back to normal.

He also followed up with us the next morning to see how it was doing.
