Excellent service. Adriano arrived when he said he would, did an assessment and gave me a price before proceeding. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair in a timely fashion. He had the parts he needed and was very tidy during the work and after. I will easily use him again in the future. Well done.

There was a scratching sound in my ceiling. Tony came out on the day we arranged and he was early. He gave a thorough inspection and shared that it wasn't a squirrel problem as I'd thought. He recommended how to deal with the problem in a very thorough and complete manner. On top of that, there was no charge as they felt it was only an assessment they provided. Amazing service and one I'd highly recommend. Well done Gates, well done.

Hi Adam, the most common reason our customers call us in the first place is because they are hearing noise in the ceiling or walls of the house. It is often difficult to diagnose a given problem over the phone and that is why we offer a free on-site inspection in order to properly identify the cause of the noise. It only took a few days from the time we discussed the project to the date installation took place. The 2 technicians were very courteous and explained everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand and thorough. They worked hard to overcome some problems with the installation and explained the work-around where necessary. They were tidy in the installation and cleaned up any mess that was created. They explained how the system worked and were willing to come back to explain it to the entire family. I think the cost was reasonable for the work that was done and would highly recommend them to all.

Tip Top was in fact tip top in the work they did for me. Their crew arrived on the day and time agreed on and they were very quick and efficient in the work they did. The worksite was clean when they left and their overall performance was very good. I would use them again.
