I knew as soon as Adriano asked what the serial number in my stove was that he knew his craft- and he did! First off, the technician (Adriano) who does your work is the one communicating with you (he’s very responsive and articulate both over text and in person). He wore a mask the entire time and touched only what was necessary. He was polite and worked quickly. Sadly, I had to wait a few business days for a part for my GE electric stove to come in, but Adriano kept in touch with me the whole time. AND both times he visited me, he came within the two hour time window he said he would.

And, of course, my stove works great now- no more microwave cabbage for me!
