There were a few bumps in the road with communication with the start of our process but it was worked out and we were guided in a great direction to a new entry door that we absolutely love.

Communication after the work has also had a couple of hiccups that we are still waiting on response from a week ago. Not sure if the company us understaffed, waiting a follow up on site about a couple of issues that I am sure will be resolved in a timely fashion
