I have such mixed feelings writing this review, the guys we dealt with for the quote and for the installation couldn't have been any better, the office on the other hand couldn't have been any worse.
Once we could get a quote it took 6 weeks to get the quote, my boyfriend emailed the office numerous times to have someone contact us. We were reluctant but after all the awesome reviews I had read we still decided to go with Dayside, my boyfriend went to the office and paid a deposit and a date was agreed upon for when the window would be installed. A gentleman came to the house for a final measurement and I was informed the office hsd lost the receipt for our deposit, he took a picture of our copy.
About a week before the installation date, we phoned Dayside to confirm about what time we should expect them at the house on the day we had agreed upon (keep in mind we booked time off work already), we were told they don't schedule installation dates until the windows are made and it couldn't be installed until the following week.
The day the guys came they were incredible, they kept the bathroom door closed to try and keep the rest of the house warm, cleaned after themselves and did a incredible job overall.
We had the gentlemen (that gave us the original quote) over after the installation to check out the window, I don't think he was expecting to hear anything like what I just wrote above, he said he would see about doing something for us for our troubles and would have the office get in contact with us(I was more than satisfied with this).
We didn't hear from the office so I contacted him to see what was going on, he assured us there would be a little something waiting when we paid the final bill. When my boyfriend arrived the woman at the office didn't know what was going on, and said they were going through some changes.
Would I go with Dayside again..... probably the window does look incredible.... would I be in constant almost annoying contact with the office.... probably lol, a three month wait for a window was a tad much.
