I took over property management for a house badly in need of parapet repair. Chris Pateropoulos conceived a solution that minimized the number of bricks required (thus reducing the cost without compromising the look of the finished product). His guys went over and above by tuckpointing a separate area where a clogged downspout had eroded the structure. My tenants said the workers were conscientious and safe throughout the reno. A deciding factor in going with their quote was that their services were unique in combining both the high elevation masonry work with the metal work to cap them off (other companies required me to look at two separate quotes). They are good.
