From the start to the finish, even through my own carpenter difficulties, Carol at Kitchen Creation was amazing and nothing short. I had a kitchen island custom made. It was sent to us in pieces that took my husband hours to put together. No instructions. Electrical outlet hole too small for plug plate. They mailed another wood plate but the electrical outlet hole was not cut out. The back panel was too big and when I phone the company I spoke to Carol who stated that it would cost another $270 to have someone come to the house and cut the wood to fit and install. She was not helpful but why would she be. She already had our money. She is also quite abrupt with me. How is my husband to finishe this when he is not a carpenter and does not have the tools to do this properly. The installation of the countertops was done very well and the men were very professional. They were contracted to do the work. Great job there. I have other vanities I want built but will not use this company again due to Carol and the service she provided

I was so impressed with Brandie and her full service from start to finish. I was told that I would not find anyone that would be able to do my kitchen for less then $15,000. However I thought I would look into it. Brandie came to my house, completed all measurements. In a few days she got back to me with an amazing price.
Brandie took care of coordinating with the plumber, electrician and flooring people. It made my life so much easier.
My Kitchen was tore out on a Monday and put back together by Thursday.

We purchased 2 DIY kitchens. A 2nd one in our home, and a complete reno for our daughter's home. We installed both ourselves. At first it was a bit of a challenge, but we contacted Kitchen Creations & a rep called us with advice. After that the installs went smoothly. The products were delivered on time to the vendor. We had absolutely no issues at all. We get a lot of positive comments from friends/relatives on our kitchens!!
