Called for an emergency repair, service rep was not friendly, technician came after the arranged appt window, and after he left we discovered that the repair was not done to code. Had to call for a re-do, again service rep was not friendly but arranged for a technician to come that evening, specifically asked for a different technician. Same technician showed up, again after set appt window. Argued with him for 10min that repair was not to code, had to threaten to call manager before he finally redid the repair which only took him 5min. Very displeased with the whole experience.
