Enerview Windows And Doors

The pivot bar broke on our Enerviw double slider window. When the installer, the only local service provider in Ottawa repaired but refused to honour the warranty, Enerview got involved to encourage the distributor to honour the warranty. Plus, Enerview sent me a few extra pivot bars in case it broke again in the future and the local distributor refused to honour the warranty.

I purchased Enerview Windows through a local company. The windows were installed but do not look like anything in their brochure (a recent brochure was provided by the local company and the windows I purchased are still not the same as indicated in their brochure).
I phoned Enerview and was told very quickly when I enquired about the windows that "we don't make them you will have to phone who you purchased them from, we are an umbrella company representing different manufacturers". The brochure was from Enerview, they boost of the quality of their windows and the warranty provided but they DON'T
