This was our first time using the services from Tirana Roofing & Dokaj. We saw the ad in the local newspaper. The company was professional and courteous. The staff completed our roof in a timely matter. However there was an unfortunate accident that occurred during the process. The owner did try to rectify the situation. However it left us with an unpleasant experience.

Company Response: I have not had an opportunity to respond sooner but it is unfortunate that you had an unpleasant experience with Tirana Roofing & Dokaj Contractor LTD. We both understood that the weather changed unexpectedly and there was a down pour of torrential rain and heavy wind which lifted a tarp. We responded immediately and tried to work with you. We offered to replace the carpet that was exposed to water however you did not want to wait for the contractor. We respected your decision and compensated you with a discount which we both agreed upon. It is unfortunate and had the weather forecast called for rain, we would have never started the roof if we'd known there's rain the next day.when my contractor changed the carpet for you we both spoke and with your parents and we agreed with the discounts I gave and the carpet was changed at the end of our discussion I really wish you could have understood me more on trying to get the carpet layed was out of my controlle.

First off, I don't normally give out a perfect score because we're not sure what's going to happen in the future and I also like to give room for improvement. But Angjeline was a nice gentleman to deal with since the start when we had a slight miscommunication with the old owner of the house and he was in the middle of doing an inspection. He would also come from time to time to take a look at the progress of the job and that they do it right the first time - his words. He gave us the most reasonable price and overall we were satisfied with their work.
