Our air conditioner went and we called A & A based on their Home Stars rating. They suggested we also replace our 20-year old furnace. They installed the new air conditioner and furnace the next day. This was nearly 2 years ago and they are both working great.

Gary was quick to respond to my quote request and come take a look at our basement/area. We were provided options and no pressure to buy. His team was excellent to deal with from time of booking to installation and follow up afterwards. I highly recommend A&A Heating & Air Condition Inc.

Gary is extremely knowledgeable, and he has passed on his experience to his two sons. They left my furnace area spotless, and even cleaned the dirt that the original Applewood builder left behind 25 years ago, lol. Gary explained throughout the process what was being done, and why. I definitely recommend.

Our furnace gave out during a cold week during the winter. We called Greg in the morning and he was at our house before noon, diagnosed the problem, secured a new furnace and had it immediately delivered. Greg and his team worked through the afternoon and the unit was running perfectly by dinner. A&A are honest, knowledgeable, fast, thorough and clean. They are my go to contractor for any HVAC or water tank related work. Did I mention that they replaced my aging hot water tank with a tankless system a few years back? Best decision ever. Great team and you will not be let down!

Gary and his son came to disconnect and demo a gas line for a BBQ that was no longer in use.

They arrived on time within the window given and took their time to review the project. They then went above and beyond with this small job making sure everything was 100%.

They are both very knowledgable, polite and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They gave me a couple of suggestions and pointers with my existing equipment as well.

I am planning to do some other work later this year and know who I will be calling as well as recommending to others.

When I notified Greg that we had absolutely no heat in our house right before the cold wave was going to hit, he made it a priority to visit us and ensure he would do everything he could to get his heat by the end of the day. Which he absolutely did. Not only was he full of patience, and kindness, but he explained to me the work he was doing, and the quality he was going to provide. Not only does he bring professionalism, but it was so enlightening to know that he works hand-in-hand with his father and brother, and makes you feel like you are a part of the family, and a top priority .
