Chris solved the initial problem in a timely and helpful manner both with our KitchenAid Fridge overheating and Wolf stove underheating and it cost less than anticipated. Will definitely call him again when needed.

I called Chris for my washer, when he arrived he barely took a minute to figure out the problem immediately, he quoted the parts I would need exactly, I am happy with the fact that he knew he job so well, well spoken, prompt and knowledgeable, I would call Chris again if any of my appliances were to have a problem

Absolutely excellent service and knowledge from the service man Chris. He worked a way that we could fit the appointment to have our washing machine looked at a time convenient for us. Chris was the most efficient and courteous repair person, I have encountered. He identified the problem (a broken pump) and called immediately to discuss the options. He was very honest and straightforward. We decided to order a new part and as soon as it arrived, he came to install it.

Chris from Uptown Appliance has fixed my Jenn-air gas range twice now (different problems). He's been thorough, efficient and extremely professional. Chris squeezed us in the day we called. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and throughout the whole process explained what was wrong and how he was addressing the problem which I found very helpful and reassuring.
