Uptown Appliance

I've used Uptown Appliance before on my laundry equipment and was very happy. Chris has always been prompt and extremely knowledgeable with whatever problem I threw at him. My dishes weren't coming out clean and I was afraid I'd have to buy a new one. Chris cleaned out the pump and filter assembly and it is now washing like new again. Thanks Uptown Appliance for another great job.

I Called Chris to see if he can fix my fridge, it was leaking. I gave him all the info that he was requesting over the phone. He showed up to my house the same day I called him with parts on hand. He fixed the fridge in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the honesty I received from Chris. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!! Great job Chris !! I was referred to Chris by a friend. My ice maker in my fridge stopped working. I contacted Chris, and when he showed up at my house was very prompt, professional and parts in hand! He repaired my ice maker at a great deal, very pleased at his workmanship and knowlege of all different types of appliances and brands. I have had him repair family members appliances too and everyone was always happy. I have refered him to many of my friends and always great service. Chris was very poised on the phone when I contacted him about the leak under the refrigerator. He was able to shuffle his schedule and provide me same day service quickly. He diagnosed the faulty water value and was able to remedy the problem in short order and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and product specific knowledge. I will use him again.

My fridge was leaking water and I couldn't figure out why. I asked around and a friend of mine told me to contact Uptown Appliances. I made an appointment over the phone with Chris. He arrived on time and it didn't seem to take too long for him to remove the blockage in the drain tube. No parts were necessary and my fridge isn't leaking anymore! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Chris was extremely helpful, punctual and efficient. Even before he came he diagnosed the issue over the phone (saving time and multiple visits). I would definitely have no hesitation using him again should the need arise, or even recommending him to others.

called uptown appliance and was greeted by chris. Was friendly but more importantly prompt when showing up for service call. Repaired washing machine giving us two options:

a) order parts through supplier for $150
b) use a screw to stabalize washing machine door (cost $0)

Went with option b and this was 8 months ago. Worked perfectly.

Don't know any other technicians that would give you a solution which costs $0 when they could easily make $150.

Conclusion: Prompt, Knowledgable, and most importantly honest.

I heard about Uptown Appliance through a friend who only had good things to say. My Samsung refrigerator would make ice, but would not dispense water. I called Uptown Appliance and spoke with Chris. He was very polite and had an immediate diagnosis of what the problem could be. I made an appointment for the following day in which he attended on time.
