I have used Chris' service twice now. He is knowledgeable, prompt and an excellent technician. He asks questions during the initial phone call so that he knows what parts to bring and then there is no delay in getting your appliance fixed. He always takes the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. He is an excellent technician and I have already recommended his service to a friend. Thanks Chris!!
