Washer stopped working, drum and agitator would not move. Suspected it was the coupler. Called Chris, he squeezed me in and was here within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, made the repair, out in under an hour. Professional, trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Doesn't get any better than this. Recommend without hesitation. Thanks again Chris.
