Alif stands by his company name and executed the job with perfection. Upon arrival, Alif’s very pleasant and friendly manner impressed me. He quickly diagnosed the problem of a leak from the flush tank, explained to me what needed to be done and provided an estimate on the repair. Alif completed the work in no time. He was very quick and did a great job!. He left all work area clean and neat. The next time, we have a plumbing problem, I know who I'm gonna call! I highly recommend him and his company to our friends and neighbors.

Wow, Perfection Plumbing does it all! I purchased a 50 yr. old home in NW Calgary. Alif and his crew gave me a beautiful modern basement bathroom, gorgeous mini bar kitchen, great high efficiency furnace and hot water tank. When problems arised, as with an older home, Alif dealt with each one, very knowledgeable and professional. I can't say enough great things about Perfection Plumbing. They made the renovations painless! Thank you Perfection Plumbing, I will be hiring you again.

We purchased a home in Sundance and it was vintage 1985. It required a full gut. Like most people doing a major reno I had several plumbers drop by and give us a quote on the work required. Basically full rough-in plus run a natural gas line to the NG stove.
I find Alif to be a very pleasant guy, easy to get along with. Fun guy who is a very good plumber and has a fair price. He was available when I need him and that was worth a lot to me as things change so quickly on a reno it makes your head spin.
I would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat. His company worked out very well.
I even changed up the bathroom ensuite upstairs and he was in the next day to help me replumb it. Thanks Alif, you are a savior!

2002 hot water tank failed on a Sunday. Alif (who previously installed BBQ NG line and converted 120 V to 220 V for induction range) called 8:30 am Monday after returning from Vancouver on Sunday. He worked with us to determine the hot water tank best for our needs, called from supplier to confirm make and model and dropped it off later morning ready for install later Monday. Dean and Alif returned that afternoon and were knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy in their clean-up. Excellent service, friendly, attention to details after assessing our our needs. Got a great hot water tank: Bradford White 50 US gal with 65,000 BTU 79% efficient EnergyStar rating and First Hour Delivery of 69 US gal with 8 year warranty. Very competitive fixed price after price checking 3 other companies.

Toilet broke. Tried to replace and found out that flendge is broken. Alif came fixed everything, installed a new toilet and gave a good advise on how to avoid blue all over the bathroom (by not using it).
Prices are average, Service is excellent!!!!

Alif is very reoasonable and honest. I throughly enjoyed withing with him to solve all my plumbing and gas needs in my home. With all the professional service along side with his knowledge you can not go wrong with Alif.

I've been meaning to write this review since I don't want others to have the experience I had with Alif. I, like others had hired him based on the reviews on this website, and his charismatic personality. Initially he asked for half of the money upfront, which I thought was odd, but complied. Big mistake. after receiving the lump sum, suddenly there was no urgency to actually get the work done.

I was in need of a basement rough in, and it took over 3 months to just get it to a state where the rough in was complete. I found the work to be sloppy and rushed ( which is ironic for how long it took ). usually he would book one day with me, leave at lunch for hours, then return until 4, and then book me again for the following week rather than just booking off time for that one week to complete the job.

Sloppy work examples: Venting was taken across the centre of my kitchen ceiling therefore making the head-height lower than necessary, rather than simply running around the edge of the wall. ( to his credit, he fixed this after I showed concern). Hardware for the tub was just installed without even showing me what it was. ( and I work from home, so there was no excuse for this) I had already purchased the faucet and now I'm stuck with a cheap chrome drain, while the faucet I purchased was brushed nickel. the concrete was dug up, but he still placed the drain in the kitchen in the floor rather than in the wall. Now I have to cut holes into my cabinets when this could have been avoided. The list goes on.

I just found the whole experience quite horrible, to the point where I paid all that I owed to him, and found a new plumber to take over the finishing of the job ( urban piping who have been just amazing btw ). On top of the sloppy work, he talked poorly about his employees to me, would disappear and reappear at varied times, without ever really letting me know when he was returning. Sometimes when he returned, he came with garbage from the noon jobs and then would throw away the old pipes/garbage into my rented dumpster. I think I missed the memo on how that would be ok with me. He would also talk very unprofessionally about my job. " oh right...that stupid thing" when referring to the laundry hook up on the main floor.

I know this is a very long review, but I wanted people to understand why I rated them so poorly. Hopefully my comments will help Perfection plumbing in giving a bit better customer service in the future. His company has alot of great reviews, I just wish that was my experience.

Plumbing came in to install a new hot water tank, they were fantastic to deal with and very professional. I was impressed how quick the installation was and how tiny they were.

We needed some upgrades and permits for our plumbing, and Perfection was just that. They responded quickly, got the work done fast, and did a great job. Their service is top notch.

Perfection plumbing installed our basement bathroom, very easy to deal with, job was excellent, arrived on time, cleaned as they work so no horrible construction mess!!
Also had gas line installation to range done. Again great job and very pleasant to deal with!
I would highly recommend and will most definitely use their services again.
