Georgina was responsive and despite some challenges that were most likely out of her control, I did receive my parts.

She made things right in the end.

This is based on business principals.. unbelievable in 2017.

Parts Nightmare

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I would highly recommend NOT using Filters Canada.
Georgina was decent to a point.

I realize there is a ton of parts out there to order etc. after much live discussions followed by video and images of the two parts required for a humidifier I am still waiting for the parts 4 months in.

The original order was 8 weeks plus to arrived and when it did it was not even close to what we discussed.. still waiting.

Re-stocking fee is above and beyond high.

They are reluctant to provide a a full re-fund or any refund for that matter.

I would highly suggest finding another parts supplier.
