Drain Right Now

My pedestal-type sump pump fried and died not long after I moved into my new house. I called Drain Right Now and talked to Tyler. He was great - explained a few things on the phone and said he'd be here early the next morning, which he was. Installed a new submersible pump and did a great job - quickly, efficiently, and he cleaned everything up afterwards. The new pump works really well. Also installed a backflow preventer floor drain in the basement floor, which was a good idea for this older house. Tyler answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me, even though I know he had several other calls to make that day. Nice guy, good sense of humour and a real pleasure to to work with. Reasonable rates too. I will be hiring him again and will recommend him to others.
