Tyler came promptly ( even though he just got back from vacation).
Very polite, friendly and professional.
Determined the problem and provided estimate quickly on the spot - replaced sink drain pipes which had not been installed correctly - then had to snake the drain
Works perfectly now - price was reasonable - and more important the results I wanted.
