Drain Right Now

My husband and I woke up this morning to low water pressure and it turned out to be a leaky valve.
After contacting a few plumbers, we were told that we would have to wait until Monday and call the town to have them turn the water and valve off in order to drain and replace the valve.
Out of desperation, as we were having out of town for the weekend, I searched a few plumbers online and was blessed to have found Tylers number.
I reached out to Tyler, Who was already busy and in the middle of something, but he immediately responded to my phone call with a text.
My husband and I told him what was going on and he asked for a picture which we sent and he responded immediately with a solution that ended up working.
I was astounded by the thoroughness and promptness of his help.
My husband did exactly what Tyler had suggested, and lo and behold it worked, and this was all communicated by Text.
Not only was Tyler extremely friendly, he was also very knowledgeable, and seemed so happy to help even on the weekend while he was busy with something else.
My husband and I are extremely grateful to Tyler. He saved our weekend and a whole lot of money as we were quoted 850 dollars for an emergency plumber to come and assess on Saturday from an independent plumber.
Needless to say, we have found our new plumber for Wasaga Beach. Tyler of course!
